Convention Planning  Marquis Spa

Situation

Marquis Spa made the decision to hold their Annual Dealer Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, to coincide with two of the major industry trade shows that were being held at the same time.


Objective
To increase dealer attendance in their conference.


Tactics

Ericson group handled many aspects for the event including:

  • Scouting the location for events

  • Securing the hotel for attendees and meetings (over 300 rooms)

  • Producing entertainment including Three Dog Night at the Motown Café for their awards banquet

  • Manufacturing event gifts and awards

  • Producing trade show signage, POP and displays


Results

Marquis Spas was pleased with the record attendance for their Annual Dealer Conference.
