Deborah Rogers opened Ericson Group Colorado in February of 2007. She currently focuses on the Denver market and the rocky mountain region, including telecommunication and pharmaceutical companies, and on the Casinos in the Black Hawk and Central City areas.

Deborah has a strong background in marketing having previously worked in Florida for Chase Manhattan, where she developed and executed promotional and educational events to the Bar Association, accounting firms, developers, brokers and law firms while cross marketing with all departments inside Chase.

Previously Deborah worked in Tampa, Florida for American Newland that developed master planned communities and golf courses around the country. While in Tampa she opened the welcome center for the multi-billion dollar Westchase planned community, where she marketed the new community to the public while working closely with national builders.

Deborah received a degree in International Studies from the University of South Florida in Tampa, with a focus on international business.
