Since 1993, Ericson has primarily been working in the fast-growing casino business throughout the Southeastern United States. As a consultant, he assisted with the opening of the $85 million Circus Circus Casino, located in Tunica, Mississippi, where he helped develop and implement a successful $3 million pre and post opening marketing campaign.

Most recently Ericson Group has booked over 100 "Headline Acts" for Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City, LA. Lorrie Morgan, Jay Leno, Martina McBride, Sammy Hagar, Jeff Foxworthy and George Jones are a few of the acts to play at Horseshoe Casino.

In 1993, Ericson began working as direct factory representatives in the Point of Purchase, Premiums and Sales Promotions business. During this time, Ericson worked with local and national advertising agencies and companies such as Horseshoe Casino, Marquis Spas, Harrah’s Entertainment, Hollywood Casino and B.B. King’s Club.
