LeAnn re-joined Ericson Group in 2008, and now operates Ericson Group Ohio. She currently focuses our growing relationship with Harrah’s Entertainment; the largest casino gaming company in the world.
LeAnn originally joined Ericson Group in 1998, opening and operating an office in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to handle the daily operations of a million dollar office including research, new business development, customer relations, and factory negotiations. During her time in Cleveland, LeAnn secured high volume and high profile national clients including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum, Pearl Vision, EMI, and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. She created and maintained an active customer base of over 100 clients, generating new business leads while concentrating on customer service and client retention.
LeAnn started her career in sales and marketing as an Account Executive and Advertising Sales Coordinator for The Memphis Flyer weekly newspaper after graduating from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. In 1993 she started the first of two entrepreneurial ventures as owner of Stacks Direct Marketing, and later, as co-owner of The Source. Both companies provided direct marketing, advertising, public relations, special events management and consulting to a variety of clients.
Additionally, LeAnn honed her marketing, customer service and organizational skills along with her attention to detail though numerous affiliations and positions working with the entertainment, marketing, and advertising industries in Memphis such as; Coordinator for the Blues Stock Music Festival; Executive Assistant/Special Project Coordinator for NARAS; Free-Lance Production Tech for Madison Avenue Video & Post; Public Relations and Advertising Liaison for Club Six-One-Six; P.S.A. Coordinator and Show Host for WLYX Radio; and Advertising Intern at Morris Advertising.
